Business and Case Studies

Come hear how MySQL is deployed in the world's largest and most popular web sites have successfully scaled out on MySQL database technology. Ever wonder how Google, flickr, CNET, NASA, or other recognizable names run some of the largest MySQL installations? Well, this track covers all those bases.

Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence

One of the hottest tracks, the data warehousing and business intelligence track brings some of the world's foremost speakers together to present sessions on analytics, reporting, and data mart administration.

General

A catch-all track for all those topics which don't fit nicely into any single category.

Java

All things Java are covered in the Java track. Learn about MySQL database development in a Java environment using Connector/J, ORM, Hibernate, Spring, JBoss, and a host of development tools from the Java world.

LAMP

The ubiquitous LAMP stack deserves a track for itself. Covered topics include LAMP administration and general scale-out, optimization of the LAMP stack, and examples of running top 500 web sites on LAMP.

Topics in this track cover all the ins and outs of MYSQL Cluster, including accessing the MySQL Cluster directly through the NDB API, installing, configuring and optimizing MySQL Cluster, and integrating MySQL Cluster within your enterprise IT infrastructure.

.NET/Windows

Topics include scaling MySQL on Windows, development with MySQL's ODBC and .NET Connectors, using the Visual Studio.NET MySQL Toolkit, and other Windows/.NET issues.

The track for tweaking and seducing the maximum throughput from your MySQL and application servers.
